  • Principal only payments - This feature allows principal only payments if the standard monthly payment has been made.  Principal only payments must be less than amount due.  If greater than or equal to the amount due, the excess will be assumed to be the next month's mortgage payment and will be applied accordingly. 

First-Time Users - e-Banking Registration

All you have to do is complete our online secure registration form. Once it's been verified, we'll contact you by the e-mail address you gave in the application and you'll be ready to begin using e-Banking & Bill Payer. Or you may stop into any local FMFCU branch location to start your e-Banking.
