| Principal only payments - This feature allows principal only payments if the standard monthly payment has been made. Principal only payments must be less than amount due. If greater than or equal to the amount due, the excess will be assumed to be the next month's mortgage payment and will be applied accordingly. |

To register, go back to our home page and click Sign-in to e-Banking. Click on the link that says "Not Enrolled? Enroll Today!" Go through the questions and you'll be logged into e-Banking in no time.
