The health and safety of our members, employees and local communities are paramount to all of us at FMFCU. We are actively monitoring the reported spread of COVID-19 and taking precautionary measures to ensure we are able to meet member financial needs in the event of local impact. FMFCU has robust Business Continuity and Pandemic Plans in place. These plans are updated regularly to ensure uninterrupted service to the communities we serve.
Branches and Facilities:
FMFCU staff receives regular communication on the importance of hand washing and not coming to work when they are ill. Hand sanitizer stations are available in all FMFCU locations and our cleaners disinfect surfaces on a frequent basis. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages social distancing, which entails staying three feet away from other individuals, and avoiding physical contact such as shaking hands. These tips are relevant any time there is concern over the spread of germs during cold and flu season. For more information from CDC visit: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Are you assisting(deferring) with car payments as I am not working due to COVID-19 at this time?
mikebunner says
Hi Sherrice. We sent an email out Wednesday and posted a message on the portal page about Short-Term Loan Payment Assistance. We are automatically deferring vehicle loan payments in April. Hopefully that helps a bit. If you need further assistance, please contact our Member Service Center.
TIMOTHY MENGEL says
Did anyone consider waiving fees AND expediting deposit clearances and availability of funds since only drivers in the vicinity of 4 or 5 drive through’s are afforded waiver of the hold time. Even for payroll checks deposited every two weeks for many years. Even better would be less rude and assuming cs reps.
mikebunner says
Thank you for your inquiry Timothy. We are currently looking at several different options to improve the member experience during these unprecedented times, including funds availability. For right now, we continue to adhere to Regulation CC guidelines regarding check holds.
If you are making a deposit via our mobile app but needs access to those funds quicker than the Regulation CC guidelines, feel free to contact our call center at 610-325-5100. We are addressing these requests on a case-by-case basis. As always, thank you for being a member.
