Chadds Ford, PA – Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU) recently made donations totaling $1,500 to Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation and Delaware State Parks following a campaign to help save the environment.
FMFCU encouraged members to switch to online statements and reduce paper waste in conjunction with Earth Day. One dollar was donated for every member switching to this option.
“FMFCU strongly supports initiatives that help conserve our local, natural resources,” said President and CEO Michael B. Magnavita, CPA. “We thank those members who made the switch as part of this campaign.”
Besides environmentally friendly, online statements provide faster availability, greater access, and enhanced security.
