IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MEMBERS WITH DIRECT DEPOSIT
To help you with the transition, FMFCU will honor your old account numbers for a significant time after the merger on June 1. Therefore, your direct deposits will be received as normal into your new FMFCU accounts. However, we advise you to provide your new account numbers to your direct deposit originators such as Social Security Administration, employers, etc. as soon as possible.

Migration of WECU member accounts starts May 31 at 3:30 PM. Accounts are unavailable until June 2.
They are becoming FMFCU employees. The Wawa Branch becomes an FMFCU branch and will be open weekdays 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Yes, new member numbers will be assigned and come in a separate mailing end of May.
To obtain copies of checks with the WECU routing number written before June 1, 2022, contact FMFCU to request it on your behalf. The fee will be waived for 60 days.
Point-of-sale transactions are unlimited and FREE. Members also have unlimited, FREE usage at FMFCU ATMs and a National CO-OP ATM Network (30,000 locations). FMFCU allows withdrawals for four free transactions on your checking and savings account per month for non-FMFCU ATM withdraws. It is $2.00 per transaction thereafter.
To support the changes, you should have received with your merger guide, new account agreement & disclosures and fee schedule effective June 1.
Yes, gift cards are available only at this branch.
Once the merger is complete, WECU members should register for FMFCU Online/Mobile Banking, Online Statements, Bill Pay, and Mobile Check Deposit.
Every member was given an ownership share savings account. This is a non-transactional, non-dividend bearing account that represents your “ownership” of FMFCU. Most credit unions establish these accounts as part of membership. These accounts will have a $5 Par value as required for your ownership share.
Joint members without their own WECU member number receive a unique member number to access accounts. Joint members also receive an ownership account, but are not required to maintain the Par value.
Upon conversion, your WECU accounts are consolidated under your current FMFCU membership.
Yes, certificates transfer to FMFCU with no changes whatsoever.

Yes, established automated payments will process normally. Members can also download the FMFCU Mobile App, access online banking or visit an FMFCU branch.

The conditions of the mortgage remain the same. State Financial Network, LLC. begins servicing the mortgage as of June 30. More information will be sent in a separate mailing mid-May.
Yes, send payments to State Financial Network, 5 Hillman Drive, Suite 300, Chadds Ford, PA 19317-9998. Members can also pay online by signing up through statefinancialnetwork.com. After receiving your first mortgage statement, register for online account access to view complete details of your mortgage.
Yes, absolutely! New FMFCU members can apply for credit. FMFCU generally offers higher limits than WECU, so ask about them. Apply online and receive an instant decision* on many loans (excluding mortgages). For mortgage pre-approval, visit our Mortgage Center.
