Chadds Ford, PA — Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU) announced the election of Denis F. Tucker to its board of directors.
Tucker retired as chief information officer of Community Health Systems Florida Market in 2019. Prior to that, he was director of technology at Main Line Health and chief information officer at Riddle Hospital.
“Denis is a longtime corporate executive that possesses incredible experience and expertise in all facets of technology,” said President and CEO Michael B. Magnavita, CPA. “We are honored to have him as a member of our talented and diverse, all-volunteer board of directors.”
Tucker was previously on the FMFCU board of directors and former chairman of the FMFCU Supervisory Committee for over 20 years.
“It is exciting to rejoin the board of a financial institution I have enjoyed an association with for decades,” noted Tucker. “FMFCU is a respected, local financial institution with an incredible history and even brighter future.”
Tucker resides in Manahawkin, NJ.
