We currently have reports of fraudulent phone calls being received by our members coming from what appears to be our Member Service Center number (610-325-5100) or some of our branch locations.
Members are not receiving a text message or email first– it’s a direct call. The caller is stating there are fraudulent charges being attempted on their debit card and they tell the member they will be shutting down the card and ordering them a new one. They are asking the members for their member number or confirming their debit card number and their Online Banking log in information in order to waive any replacement charges or order the new card.
