Error Resolution
Error Resolution is you bringing to our attention what you believe to be an error in the servicing of your loan. These rules do not pertain to Home Equity Lines of Credit. A qualified written request is required to protect your rights. The written request must specify the exact nature of the error and include the name of the borrower and information that would identify the mortgage loan account.
Information Requests
Information requests are any questions you may have about the servicing of your loan that are not related to an error that you believe may have occurred. A qualified written request is required to protect your rights. The written request must specify the information you are requesting and include the name of the borrower and information that would identify the mortgage loan account.
Please note your rights are ONLY protected if you submit a qualified written request to FMFCU as explained above. If you call us or stop into a branch for help, your rights are not protected and FMFCU is not bound by the rules.
