*$3,000 sign-on bonus available to external hires in full-time Member Service Advisor roles with a start date between 8/1/26 and 12/31/26. Rehires, internal applicants, and agency referrals are not eligible. Bonus is paid in three parts: $500 after 90 days of employment, $1000 after 6 months of employment and $1500 after 12 months. Employee must be active or on approved leave at the time of each payment.
