*$1,000 sign-on bonus available to external hires in full-time Member Service Advisor roles with a start date between 9/1/25 and 12/31/25. Rehires, internal applicants, and agency referrals are not eligible. Bonus is paid in two parts: $500 after 90 days of employment and $500 after nine months. Employee must be active or on approved leave at the time of each payment.
