This marks the second consecutive year FMFCU has been recognized among an elite group of 222 credit unions nationwide for outstanding service, exceptional digital and branch experiences, and member satisfaction.
Published annually, the Forbes list celebrates credit unions that excel in delivering superior member service and experiences. In collaboration with marketing research firm Statista, Forbes surveyed over 26,000 Americans assessing credit unions on several criteria including trustworthiness, financial advice, digital and branch services, and customer satisfaction.
