Needs And Wants

Students evaluate how income, values, and priorities affect wants and needs. They also analyze how wants and needs change over time, and learn the financial responsibility involved with running a household. Working in groups, students choose the “Needs and Wants” of a fictional community.

• 13.1.5.H: Connect personal interests and abilities and academic strengths to personal career options
• 13.3.8.C: Explain and demonstrate conflict resolution skills, problem solving, negotiation, group dynamics.
