August 17, 2015 – Broomall, PA – Maria Y. Rolston, assistant vice president of Learning and Development at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, was named the latest “Women To Watch” honoree of Credit Union Times. This program spotlights influential, forward-thinking women reshaping the future of the credit union community.
Rolston began her FMFCU career in 2006 and is responsible for designing and facilitating leadership development courses and programs. In addition, she manages eLearning and employee recognition initiatives and contributes to employee engagement and retention strategies.
“Maria has played a pivotal role in our organization by creating and implementing our leadership development program,” said President and CEO John D. Unangst. “She possesses tremendous leadership skills herself and is a valuable resource to the FMFCU team across all levels.”
Rolston holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in education from Neumann College. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, a graduate of Dale Carnegie High-Impact Presentation Training, and member of the Association for Talent Development.
