Chadds Ford, PA – Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU) announced the appointment of Denise Seastone Kraft, Esq. to its board of directors.
Kraft is presently a partner at DLA Piper LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, joining the firm in 2011. In her 30-year legal career, she has represented clients before Delaware and Pennsylvania state and federal courts on matters involving business disputes, including intellectual property and commercial litigation issues.
“Denise brings an incredible amount of legal expertise on complex business issues to our board,” said President and CEO Michael B. Magnavita, CPA. “Her legal acumen and tremendous leadership skills will be strong assets as FMFCU continues growing.”
Kraft earned her law degree from The Catholic University of America School of Law and bachelor’s degree in Political Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She serves on board of directors of Jobs for Delaware Graduates and Bar Examiners of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Kraft was selected in 2015 as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which recognizes lawyers, judges, and legal scholars for their outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and integrity of the legal profession.
