September 27, 2017 – Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania – Maria Y. Rolston, director of talent management at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, was promoted to vice president. In her continuing role, she will develop policies and programs to create an employee-focused, high-performance organization.
Rolston began her FMFCU career in 2006 and will continue managing the designing and facilitating of leadership development courses and programs, technical training, and employee recognition initiatives.
“Maria has excelled at completing many important human resources initiatives within our organization,” said President and CEO John D. Unangst. “Whether recruitment, performance management, benefits and compensation, or regulatory compliance, her responsibilities impact the FMFCU team across all levels.”
Rolston holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in education from Neumann University. She is SHRM Senior certified (SHRM-SCP), certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
