Chadds Ford, PA – Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union was named one of the 2022 “Best Credit Unions to Work For” by American Banker. This national survey and awards program, formerly produced by Credit Union Journal, now a part of American Banker, identifies, recognizes, and honors those credit unions that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees.

Just as importantly, our strong levels of employee engagement is tied directly to a high level of member satisfaction.”
Determining the “Best Credit Unions to Work For” involved a two-step process. The first consisted of evaluating each participating credit union’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.
The second step consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the final ranking.
