AnytimeDeposit Tip - Turn Off Split Screen on iPhones
A few members have asked about this error on an iPhone: “Remote deposit capture unavailable in split view mode. Please return app to full screen.”
To take a picture of a check, it needs to be turned off. Here’s the easy instructions:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Display & Brightness.
- Select View.
- Tap Zoomed at the top.
- Select Set.
- Confirm Use Zoomed. Restart your iPhone.
- Once your iPhone has restarted you should no longer see the split screen in your apps. Instead you will see one big window when you hold your iPhone 8 horizontally.
OLD FMFCU Mobile+ APPS have been DISABLED. Please download the new one.
Note for Android users:
It has been reported that the old app keeps appearing in the Google Play store. Sometimes if your phone hasn’t been rebooted in a while, or you have had the Google Play app open for a while, may not see the new app because it might be cached. Try this:
- Force close the Google Play app and then reopen it, or;
- Reboot the phone and open the Google Play again
- Search for “FMFCU”, not FMFCU Mobile

If you have a pending Point of Sale (POS), it will be shown in your account transaction list. Unfortunately, pending ACH transactions are not available at this time. We are investigating the option.
Telephone Banking (formerly called PAT) users - Important Registration Info
Starting Sept. 4, after System Enhancement Weekend, when you call Telephone Banking for the first time, you must enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Immediately thereafter, you will be prompted to change it.
Please note that some of the menu structure has changed. Listen carefully to the prompts to get familiar with it.
Quicken Users - Backup your files and read the conversion instructions
First, BACK UP YOUR FILES before Aug. 31 in case you must restore.
Second, read complete conversion instructions here for both Quicken and Quickbooks for Web Connect and Express Web Connect versions.
e-Transfer users - Important Note
Any current e-Transfers previously set up must be re-established.
They will now be known as External Transfers. Remember, any External Transfer transaction(s) pending, recurring or on-demand, will NOT process as of August 25.
