If you don’t prefer FMFCU’s Online Banking, give Telephone Banking a try and have access to all of your account information in just one phone call. Just use your ACTIVE member number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to login. To access more than one type of account (multiple savings accounts, for example), you’ll have to enter the last four digits of the account number. Numbers are found on your statement or in Online Banking in case you don’t remember them.
With Telephone Banking you can:
- Transfer money between accounts
- Transfer money to another member
- Make a loan payment
- Make a LOC advancement
- Check balances on checking, savings, and loan accounts
- Check balances on certificates, and YTD interest accrued including prior year
- Check payroll deposits
- List all transactions on a specific account
- Place a stop payment
- Check interest paid on a loan
- Verify checks cleared
- If your debit card is lost or stolen, press 0. If FMFCU is closed, please call 1-866-209-4197.
