What to do if your device is lost

To have us remove your debit card from your device, call 610-325-5100 or 800-220-3193 (outside PA). Because your actual card number is not retained in the app, suspending or removing the cards in Fitbit Pay does not suspend or close your physical card.

FMFCU Debit Card on a Fitbit

Fitbit Pay™ is available on compatible Fitbit® devices. Follow the steps below to add your FMFCU Debit Card or Business Debit Card to Fitbit Pay:

How to add your card to Fitbit Pay:

Step 1: Tap the Today tab, and then your profile picture.

Step 2: Tap the device image, and then the Wallet tile.

Step 3: Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Step 4: Follow the steps to verify your card.

Step 5: Turn on notifications for your phone, if needed, to complete the setup.
