FMFCU Security Center | National Retailer Security Breach

1/18/07 - TJX Cos Inc. which operates the T.J. Maxx and Marshalls chains, has announced that the computer systems that process its customer transactions had been breached and customer information had been stolen. The breach involves the computer network that handles credit card, debit card, check and return transactions at its T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and A.J. Wright stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.

FMFCU continually monitor transactions for suspicious activity, however if you detect any suspicious activity of your account, notify FMFCU immediately. It’s important for you to know that Visa’s Zero Liability Policy will protect you against any unauthorized purchases.

You can also take steps to protect yourself further by closely monitoring your account online at www.fmfcu.org and double-checking monthly statements to ensure they match your records.
