Consent to Electronic Delivery - Consumer Loan Documents

To request and establish a Consumer Loan Account with Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) using an e-signature, you must consent (by clicking I Agree below) to receive the Consumer Loan Account documents electronically. If you do not click I Agree, you may not sign up online for a Consumer Loan account using an e-signature, but must visit one of our branch offices.

You consent and agree :

Online Consumer Loan Document Delivery. To receive the following documents online and acknowledge having reviewed, printed or otherwise received them:

2. Online Delivery Terms. The following terms and conditions will apply to our delivery and your receipt of these disclosure documents online

a. Online Access & Delivery of Documents. You may access the online Consumer Loan Account documents as portable document file (“pdf”) documents provided through (describe CU website page where document will be accessed).

b. System Requirements. To view and print the Consumer Loan documents online you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software, version 4.0 or higher (you can download this free from www.adobe.com ) Adobe Acrobat requires 64MB of RAM, 24 MB available disk space, Intel Pentium or Power PC processor - Mac, Windows 95 or higher or Mac OS 8.6 or higher. Our system uses SSL encryption and requires a browser with an appropriate Root CA Security certificate and uses 40-128 bit encryption. Computer with the software identified above and using the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer should satisfy these requirements.

c. Fees or Restrictions. There are no account fees or service restrictions for choosing or not choosing to consent to receive online Consumer Loan disclosures.

d. Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for notifying the Credit Union of any changes to your email address by calling the Credit Union at 610-325-5100 or emailing us. If the Credit Union learns that you are no longer receiving our email notifications (for example, an email to you is returned as undeliverable), the Credit Union may discontinue sending email alert notifications. The Credit Union will make a reasonable attempt to redeliver your notification electronically. The Credit Union is not obligated to verify that you are receiving email notifications or accessing your documents electronically.

e. Right to Cancel. You have the right to cancel online delivery and receive a paper copy of the Consumer Loan documents at any time by contacting any branch office or requesting the documents by telephone 610-325-5100 or e-mail to: fmfcu@fmfcu.org. There will not be a fee for requesting any paper copy of the Agreement or documents we have previously provided to you online. Your cancellation will become effective after we have received it and had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
