KeystonePLUS for Graduates

The Graduate PLUS loan is a program in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). Together with lending institutions throughout the Pennsylvania community, however, we customized a version of this loan program to create the KeystonePLUS loan program for Graduates. The KeystonePLUS for Graduates loan helps graduate students meet educational costs not covered by their student aid package.

Who Pays:

The student repays the loan.

Interest Rates:

The current fixed rate is 8.5% for loans paid out on/after July 1, 2006, and is adjusted each July 1st.
Get an immediate .25% interest rate reduction for automatic direct debit payments with participating lender.
Will never exceed 9.0%.
Can be tax deductible

Rebates

Receive a .5% rebate of the loan amount after the first 12 on-time monthly payments.
