Partnership Letter

Becoming a Partner with FMFCU is as simple as writing a letter expressing your desire to offer FMFCU membership.

The letter should indicate the following:

Date
Number of associates in the organization and locations
Make-up of employees: clerical, production, professional, etc.
Statement that the organization and its associates want to be added to FMFCU’s field of membership
The proximity of the Credit Union’s closest service facility in miles
Signature, name and title of your Authorized Representative
If you are an association, a copy of the group’s charter and/or bylaws
