FMFCU Mystery Shopper Program

Nothing is more important to us than you, our most valued asset. We contract with a third party company, Creative Image Associates (CIA), who hires detail-oriented "mystery shoppers" that are sent to visit our locations and report on our level of member service and product knowledge.

This program gives us ongoing feedback about how we're doing and how we can provide even better member service in the future.

HELP US SERVE YOU BETTER

If this sounds like something you would like to do, visit CIA's web site today. Participants will be compensated.

Once you're on CIA's recruitment page, scroll down to Pennsylvania in the list of states and simply click on the adjacent e-mail address that should open your e-mail client. If you use an online e-mail service, simply copy and paste the e-mail address. Use it to directly e-mail CIA your resume and one of their representatives will reply as soon as possible.
