Coverage up to 2x your annual salary. FMFCU also offers supplemental coverage, which gives you the opportunity to purchase additional coverage for yourself and eligible dependents.
Offered to full-time employees only. FMFCU will reimburse 100% of tuition, books, and fees up to $3,500 per calendar year. Employees are eligible after six months.
At time of eligibility (after two months), FMFCU, automatically contributes 3% of your gross salary including incentives and bonuses; this donation is instantly 100% vested.
FMFCU also matches 25 cents on every dollar up to 6% of your gross pay. Employees are able to contribute up to 60%.
