e-Banking Connectivity to Financial SoftwareFMFCU's e-Banking provides downloadable files for transfer into your favorite financial software programs like Quicken or Money. After logging into e-Banking, there are a number of places to download your type of files. For example, if you click History from the Inquiries tab, then Get History, down at the bottom of the page you will see icons for Excel (csv file), OFX file, Quicken, and Quickbooks. Once you click on them, a prompt will appear to download the file to your computer. After downloading, open up your financial software and IMPORT it. Your software may already be configured to automatically import into it when you download it. We do not support direct connections within financial software. For example, within Quicken setup, it may offer up FMFCU as an online financial institution, but it doesn't explain the actual connection to be used, which is the downloadable file option. At times we can be helpful to answer basic questions about some financial software, but we strongly advise you to contact your financial software provider for more complex questions. The main thing you should know is that at this time, FMFCU only offers downloadable files for import into financial software. Mint.com is supported at this time. |
