How to Set up eTransfer Accounts

Go to the eTransfer ACH link in home banking. If you are not a home banking user, sign up online at www.fmfcu.org. |

Enter your FMFCU member number. Omit the password and then Login. |

Complete the eTransfer Accounts Setup Form. |
- Password must be eight digits or characters long and can be the same as your home banking password.
- One of the financial institutions MUST be Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union.
- Include all information for each financial institution.
- Use 10 digit account number format for your FMFCU accounts. See how to convert your FMFCU account numbers to 10 digits.

Click on Submit Request. |

Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will receive an e-Banking message notifying you that the application has been received and advising you to expect a small dollar deposit into the external transfer account. This deposit transaction may take up to three business days. |

Once the deposit has been received into your external account, complete the ACH Deposit Verification Form under the Forms & Applications link in home banking. |
| 7. |
Upon verification, we will approve the service and you can transfer funds at your convenience. Transferred funds are usually accessible in two to three business days. |
