As we approach the end of another year, we are in the midst of challenging economic times. Real estate values, credit availability and the stock market are in a state of flux and corporate downsizing is commonplace. Safe and Sound with Money to Lend We remain safe, sound and secure and are “well-capitalized” by regulatory standards. FMFCU has plenty of money to lend and continues to offer loans, lines of credit and mortgages. Rates continue to be low for purchases and refinances.
Helping Families Cope with Job Loss FMFCU is able to work with members who have been affected by corporate restructuring. Contact FMFCU to discuss possible alternative payment arrangements for credit union debts. Like many lenders, we will discuss the situation with you and evaluate if relief can be provided.
Credit Counseling and Debt Management FMFCU has partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley (CCCS), a non-profit service organization. They are dedicated to delivering budget, credit and financial counseling, housing education and debt management programs. CCCS has helped thousands of individuals and families gain control of their finances.
